This is the hot version of White Girl Salsa. The goal was not to overpower the wonderful flavors of tomatillo, cilantro and lime with heat. It has habanero so it’s hot, but in an enjoyable way. Ninety-nine percent of people who like hot foods and try this salsa say that the heat level is perfect. Serve it on just about anything – eggs, burgers, wieners, quesadilla with cream cheese, tacos, etc. Try it in your favorite macaroni salad recipe!
